Stall Applications for 2024
are now open
We welcome stalls big and small to the Fair. This is a community event so we love to have local businesses join us on the day. If you are interested in taking a stall at this year’s Fair, please read through the information provided before completing our application form.
We offer 3 types of stall spaces - ( Commercial Food Stalls are separate please email us at foodstalls@stmargaretsfair.org )
1. Commercial stall: 10ft (3 metre) wide plots @ £85 each
2. Charity stall: 10ft (3 metre) wide @ £55 each
3. Arts and Crafts Independent Makers: 10ft (3 metre) wide @ £65 each
Please note, stall bookings are for space only and no tables or gazebos are provided.

Food & Drink Stalls: We raise a significant amount of money from selling food and drink on the day, with profits from these sales going direct to our schools and charities. As a result we ask you not to sell ANY food or drink that is intended to be eaten at the Fair. We have a limited number of commercial food stall spaces available for those who would like to sell food/drink and these stalls are booked separately.
