Bookings now open
If you would like to have a stall at the fair, sell food, display your arts and crafts, or be on stage please get in touch. We’re looking at all bookings now to make the 2020 fair a success.
New site layout for 2020
For this year’s fair we are proposing a new layout for stalls that you need to be aware of. In previous years we have found it difficult to manage the safe movement of vehicles on and off the field at the end of the day; this new layout and procedure is designed to ease that process and increase the safety of visitors to the fair.
Please read the information about the new site layout for 2020.
Commercial food stalls
We have many food stalls on the day from local restaurants and caterers. The choice is wide and the food is always tasty.
If you would like to book a stall, please email foodstalls@stmargaretsfair.org with details of your offer and we will be in touch.
Local crafts and artist stalls available
This year, for the first time, we have created an area specifically for small, independent makers. Located in the middle of the field, there will be a variety of designers selling their individual wares and showing off their considerable talent.
Stalls are £60 for a 10m wide space.
If you would like to apply for a stall in this area email us at stallbookings@stmargaretsfair.org including the following information:
Your name, your stall name, your address, a brief description of what you do and sell and any links to website and/or social media. Please attach any images of previous stalls you have had at other fairs and any other information you think we should know!
Please note, priority will be given to local designers/makers.
Applications close on 30th March. Successful applicants will be notified by 5th April 2020.
