St Margarets Fair Needs You!

We are looking for enthusiastic locals who want to contribute to our wonderful community.

Did you know the Fair is run entirely by volunteers and contributes all its profits to local charities and schools? The Fair has been a fixture of St Margarets’ summers for over 40 years, and every year, thousands of pounds are donated.

We will be back on Moormead for Summer 2024 so the planning for this year’s Fair is underway. Two of the Fair’s longest serving Committee members, Julia and Liz, have stepped down for a well earned rest. So we are now looking for new volunteers to help take the Fair forward and ensure the future of this wonderful community event.

We would love to hear from you if you think you can help out in any way - big or small.

How can you help?

There are lots of ways to get involved whether it’s helping to organise stallholders, booking suppliers, helping on the information desk or just generally being on hand to help it all run smoothly on the day.

Make a difference: Every year profits from the Fair are distributed to our schools and to local charities who make a huge difference to the lives of many St Margarets residents. See who we've supported in recent years and how charities have been able to use their funds.
