How to book

Be sure to book in good time as the available spaces usually sell out well before the Fair.
We offer a reduced rate for charity stalls. Find the rates on our application form.

You can now book a stall from this year's fair.

1, Here is the INSTRUCTION letter please read it and then

2, read and print the APPLICATION FORM.

3, fill it in and return it by post to the address on the form with your cheque.

We are creating a high quality A5 Fair Programme/local business Directory to cover the fair, which will be distributed to over 5000 addresses before the day, and will be available from the Information Tent at the Fair.
You can advertise in this programme and be included in the index: just supply the copy and we will handle the design. please contact us if you would like to advertise this year.
Please apply for an advertising space before the end of April.
