powerjamYouth bands from POWERJAM—the 2 bands performing today are: “The Other Direction" and "D-Tension”.

POWERJAM- Not-for-profit weekly community Pop/Rock Band Workshops for 10-16 year olds, created and run by local volunteer, Anna Texier, in partnership with Achieving for Children(AFC).

Powerjam offers an affordable and accessible way for musical youths to enjoy music, connect with each other, develop musically, and gain confidence. The bands are taught to play songs to performance level, each term culminating in a gig at community events and for friends and family.

rock the lineRock The Line is an acoustic covers duo fronted by Twickenham vocalist Shelle Luscombe, with the fabulous Lawrence Penfold on guitar and vocals.
Expect an eclectic mix of exciting pop and soul hits, combined with much-loved rock and blues classics!

AnelisaVonTease

anelisavonteaseAnelisaVonTease is a South African born singer, who started singing in Church & school choirs from the early age of 7. Her first professional singing debut came in 2007 when she got into the top 6 in the girls category on the X Factor (Series 7). "incredible voice just incredible" - Simon Cowell
Miss Vontease went on to join a band (Kosa 2007-2009). After only 4 weeks being together, KOSA went on to land second place in Battle of the Bands Competition (2007).
AnelisaVontease trained in Musical Theatre at MountView Academy of Theatre arts & London College Of Music (2011-2014) 
AnelisaVonTease is currently working on her Solo career and Solo debut E.P.

Apart from a short break between 1982 and 2013 The Groovy Boys have been playing the music they love for 37 years. We play everything from The Stones to Elvis Costello to The Buzzcocks to Blur - we just want to have fun!
The Groovy Boys are all local lads so we consider St. Margarets Fair to be the ultimate goal! Can't wait!

Groove Manoova are an 11 piece funk band with a big sound. An experienced group of well oiled musicians who have played the pubs and clubs in Kingston and the surrounding area for a number of years they are all about playing the music that they love to audiences that love live music.

If you like quality funk with live brass, percussion, great musicianship and a whole lot of energy then this is the band for you.

Nark Drool & The Shudders

nark drooland the shuddersNark Drool & the Shudders are 6 drape-jacketed, petticoated hot shots playing your guitar-twanging rock ‘n’ roll classics, teen ballads and doo wop hits from the 1950s.

Formed in 1968 down the road a’piece at Thames Television the ‘Shuds’ are rocking still - at Twickenham Stadium, the ultra trendy New Year's Eve Ball at Chelsea Arts Club, on the live BBC ‘Children in Need’ TV programme and more recently at the Rugby World Cup Fanzone….so pimp out that quiff, brush up that beehive and prepare to bop! Fun guaranteed.
